EXCEPTIONAL Customer service. This is the 2nd time I've visited this location. 1st visit went smoothly as well. Highly recommend. Justin was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly which is a plus . Did not feel rushed by any means. Def my go to Verizon spot. Would rate more stars if I could!
The process of buying and transferring everything over from my old to new phone has NEVER been as pleasant OR as quick as it was at this location. GREAT service with great employees. I am so happy with my new phone.
Andrew was great. We went to 2 other stores closer and one refused to even speak to my husband and another kept recommending another store an hour away. We got the Andrews store and they were busy but we waited. Andrew got my husband a new phone, respected our price range and looked for all possible solutions. He was very helpful and friendly. While i was in Connecticut a couple months ago I stopped into this verizon location and Andrew R was extremely helpful, very polite and respectful. He helped me with everything I needed and answered any question I had with ease. I highly recommend. He was very professional. If I have any issues while visiting I will definitely be stopping into this location again and hopefully he will be there to help! Thanks again Andrew!
I was having trouble with my phone and knew I needed a new one. I'm not a tech person and really don't understand all the ins and outs of ICloud, GB'S , etc. All I knew was I needed to transfer over 7,000 pictures. Justin Ernst was friendly, knowlegeable, and the most PATIENT salesperson I have ever encountered. He spent a long time on my phone and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Justin was extremely helpful and made the whole process pain free. If you need a new phone or Ipad Justin is your go to guy.
