This is one of my favorite places to eat however my last two experiences here were not good. On Friday my daughter ordered the new broccoli cheddar mac and cheese to be delivered. They delivered her the broccoli cheddar soup instead. I called the store and told the manager about the mess up and asked if he could deliver what she paid for.nHe told me he couldn't and said he would mail a voucher for a half a sandwich and soup, which again isnt what she paid for. She was very disappointed so I brought her here on Monday so she could try it. It was cold and they gave her bread instead of the chips we asked for.

I'm pretty sure this owner is also the stores manager. It's pretty odd that he's gone completely through our local job seeking pool and moved on to the surrounding area. Maybe he should consider retention rather than mass hiring. I've seen way too many new faces. I took the last 2 visits to ask basic questions. Turns out I'm right. This guy hires a lot of people and has a horrible retention rate. Thanks Panera. You managed to completely rip through the local job market and now this guy is on to thomaston, watertown and anywhere else that's not familiar with you. My point! The food suffers because it's not consistent, is made by low moral employees.

This is the second tome I have ordered off the app and there was no notification sent to me. This time I went in and waited 15 minutes to find out they walked right past me with my order to have just put it in the cabinet with no notification even in the store that it was ready for pick up. It was not like I over looked the order when I got there cause there were no orders in the cabinet area when I checked.

Love their cinnamon crunch bagle! Now that it's fall season their squach soup is a must
