Jim and Tyler were helpful from the moment we entered the store, which was clean cool and comfortable on a hot summer day. Jim answered a billion questions and dealt with our 6 year old daughter climbing from bed to bed. Jim’s recommendations brought us to another Tempur-Pedic mattress with wonderful pillows to boot. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Missoula for your next bed!
Tyler was amazing!! He was able to take care of ALL of my needs over the phone AND keep it in my budget with the delivery date set up exactly when I needed it!! I will definitely be doing business here again!!
It is a good place but very spendy. Said they had Labor Day sales. But was disappointed the one guy working with me was not savings helpful.
After about 5 years our mattress needed to be replaced. We went to Mattress Firm and our salesman was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we got just the right one for us. Even better, when he found out I was a Veteran he gave us a discount which ended up covering the cost of the delivery fee. Today our Mattress was delivered. The delivery guys were super quick, polite and professional. We will be doing business in the future with Mattress Firm.
