Have had many experiences at Home Depot. Overall customer service just plain stinks. I can distinctly remember ONE time where I actually had a great experience. At this point, the only reason I still go back is for the garden department. That I would rate a 5 star to (which is why this rating is a three instead of a one)!

The employees working with the Christmas trees we're both very helpful and nice. We we're pleased with our purchase and experience.

Always real helpful people there. Unlike Lowe's and the people at Home Depot will actually help you load your supplies.

We love home depot but today there was not enough help in the garden department. Seemed under staffed for a Friday afternoon during early summer project time

This store has been WOEFULLY UNDERSTAFFED for years! Lowes is just down the street and they have much better customer service. What the heck is wrong with this Home Depot's management??
