One thing that stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I have had to purchase items there a few times this past week and as I was familiarizing myself with the layout of the store (I made a couple of rounds for memory's sake) I was asked by two employees if I needed help finding anything, and that things would be changing location within the store soon (something that I would NEVER experience at their other big competitor). They pointed me in the right direction and thanked me for understanding the upcoming rearranging. I will be moving to Missoula soon and I definitely know where I will be buying hardware and related items. Recommended.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I just went in to get a piece of glass cut and David and some other gentleman were so caring and precise in the job. Thank you guys!!
I was looking for help in lumber but that person was with a customer. So I preceded to find another associate. I went from lumber all the way to plumbing where I found Bob R. He was very helpful and very courteous. Appreciated his help as I could then make my purchase and leave the store. Great job Bob R.
