I was in a hurry and I felt like I was given all the information I needed to make a wonderful choice. The representative answered all my questions and was very in tune with what I needed more than I knew myself. Overall a great experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales person. Didn't push to make a sale that day. Made a purchase the next day. The bed won't be delivered for several weeks so can't report on how well it works.
