My wife bought two pillows for my birthday telling the saleman that I would choose one of them and return the other. Today she went there to return them both since I didn't like either one and the salesman told her he would not honor the return due to recent covid return policy(same salesman she bought them from). Salesman did not tell her about the return policy when purchase was made but told her about the sign on the door when she tried to return them. We feel cheated and scammed.

Mike worked really well with us to upgrade a new bed for us. We were able to mix the awesome Black Beautyrest Tatiana mattress with a power base we could afford. The mattress and frame were delivered and set up. Quite grateful we didn't have to move the 500# unit. Best sleep we've ever had. He even followed up after a few weeks, to make sure we were satisfied.
