From the second I walked in Sarah was extremely welcoming and friendly. She spent time helping me decide on the perfect couch for my new home and we sure did find the best fit for my living room! Not only did my couch come in earlier than expected, but the guys delivered it and put it together for me. They were awesome and even my dog was happy to hang around! I recommend this place to everyone. They have great deals and the customer service is amazing!
Very pleased with our new sectional. It’s my new favorite part of the house. Bonus - the model we got delivered was power reclining. It’d be a 5 star review but there was an issue with staff and there was only one person to deliver. Definitely not the fault of anyone, but it’s how it turned out for us.
These guys are great. We had a tight budget and weren't expecting to find anything that day. But man this place was great! High quality furniture that is actually affordable. And the price was phenomenal and the salesmanship was low pressure and very helpful. We left with two prices and under our budget. I'm recommending everyone see them for your furniture needs. We plan to go back for a headboard
Wallaroos has friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Sarah, Wayne, Craig, and Seth were all wonderful. Sarah made it super easy for me to pay for our sectional and get it delivered without even having to come into the store again after we picked it out. She was very flexible and helpful- even when she wasn’t at work! We love our new sectional and hope it continues to hold up and be a cozy space for our family.
This is our second review, last time we gave them a four star because of a minor problem. Wallaroos reached out to us and made it right! We got to give our couch back and get something better, all we did was pay how much more expensive our 3-2-1 set is. We love it, the sectional (black) I would not recommend if you have kids or animals.nAnd Sarah is awesome she helped so much!
