The technician who came out to my house was very professional, I appreciated him taking off his shoes while he was in the house. When he was done, he explained everything to me and even helped setup my iPhone so that I could check on the system while I was gone.nnThe salesman was very knowledgeable. He recommended different options, but wasn't pushy about anything.nnAll told, very pleasant experience & a great value!!

Their technicians are always professional, and very helpful. I once had to call at 2 am because I couldn't figure out how to silence the keypad. I asked to talk to the on call technician, who called me right back. He was not grouchy, even though I had obviously woken him up. He knew exactly what to do to get my keypad silenced & we both got back to sleep in short order.nnI use Interstate Alarm for my business and my house. I'm glad that they are local, I can speak to someone right away without having to go through a maze of robot messages. The office staff is always pleasant when I call.nnI recommend them to anyone who asks me about security or cameras. You see their stickers all over town, so they must be doing something right.
