They forgot something they charged us for. Again... ud83dude11 Subtract all stars. They actually answered the phone, add a star. They fixed it and didn't make us wait in the line that was out to the street, add a star. Still not happy about having to drive back. My fault though, should have made our own breakfast.

Every DD I been is open to take out this one is close no sign at the door to inform customer's. At leat put in a sing so people like me don't waste there time walking out of there car to find out the doors are lock.

Fast friendly service. For coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the go, where else to go but Dunkin.

Every time I go there they mess my order up in some way. it could be something missing or as simple as coffee with no sugar or cream it really gets ridiculous I will no longer go-to this location I will drive to Avon or Bristol from now on. beware my people. This coffee is supposed to be light and sweet not dark and bitter like my soul towards Dunkin donuts in Burlington

Got three Wake-Up Wraps in the drive-thru today (Apr. 13). To be fair, it was nearing 6:00 PM, closing time.nnHowever, the bag in which all three wraps were crammed into was smeared with cheese on the outside. I could see the mark of an employee's fingertip in a smudge of cheese.nnOne wrap was edible. The other two's tortillas were hard as rock. One especially had been overcooked, with a big brown pocket of air on one side. Not soft, hard. The other hardened wrap was not...wrapped. Like, at all.nnI've been to this Dunkin' many times, and, yeah, they screw up orders all the time, but I've never seen anything quite like this. Definitely won't be going here again.
