I'm still yesterday to look around for possible Christmas shopping. Everybody was really friendly the store was immaculate prices were a little bit high I had trouble reading the prices that they had with the display they used but that's probably my fault not the best eyes. there's a young girl that created the people coming in she was very pleasant as was everyone in there. I bought a couple of items and they were very helpful getting them for me

Overall, Kohl's is a great place to shop. They have super sales and a Kohl's cash incentive which reduces the price of items you want that are not on current sale. Their variety of merchandise is good..... something for everyone in clothing, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and home.

The dressing rooms are finally open, but know that it is only one at a time and they clean it after you leave so it is fresh and clean for each person. I believe it is well worth the wait . The store was having a great sale as they do frequently and there were plenty of clerks at the registers, the lines were short, and they had lots of great merchandise.

Kohl's Missoula has the best customer service. Every employee happily goes above and beyond to show they care you are shopping there. Very clean, safe and comfortable.
