Ross Dress for Less

Great prices. Always fines great furniture , art supplies and decor . And most of all I always find the perfect outfit for every event. Customer service is always great. One of my favorite store.

I went to TJ Max for curtain fixing supplies and I couldn't find any! I was relieved when i went to Ross and found exactly what i was looking for. The home selection is great! Clothing section for men is decently priced... I dig it

Went to Ross today at 4:45 Tuesday the 20th of October 2020 and was treated extremely rude by a associate by the Name of Tony. I was there to return 2 pairs of jeans and was in line waiting patiently. Tony asked me, if i had a return and i said yes. I approached Tony's register assuming, since he didn't say anything else after asking me, if i had a return. He then raised his voice saying, NO...NO...NO...nI then asked him, why didn't you ask if i was ready to checkout, instead of asking if i had a return. Tony then said with an abrubt voice, I asked you if you had a return. I then said i know this. His attitude towards me, is exactly why our world is divided more and more these days.nI will not be returning to this store ever again.nI on an average spend $1k to $1.5k a year at this store. I also will be letting all my friends and family know of my experience.

Noel is super chill, helped out tons. She got me everything I could need.also loved her dreads

Seems pretty empty in here these days. Covid I think is killing everyone's shopping experience. Pretty soon it's going to be only shopping on line. Online is ok but I like seeing stuff and getting to go home with my choice right away.
