If you support the men and women in our Armed Forces, shop elsewhere... Very poor experience. Specifically with the outdoor power equipment department. We worked with several different sales people, with mixed messages on pricing and military discount. My sister in law, a Major, was planning to buy a snow blower for my father in law, a Vet that has served three tours of duty. The experience that caused us to go elsewhere, was with a young sales person named Will. He wouldn’t honor any of the previous agreements, including a military discount, and would not let us talk to a manager. We called the manager from the parking lot, and it became clear that this was a top down problem. We then called Ace Hardware from the parking lot, and their sales person met us at the door, honored the military discount, and their manager also came and offered us an additional discount. We would not go back to Murdochs, and do not recommend it. Very poor customer care. We do not support those that don’t support our military.nnResponse to owner: Thank you, but we spoke with the Manager, and it was made clear to us that poor customer care starts with her. We actually called her from the parking lot. Our encouragement would be to encourage your staff, from the management on down, to prioritize customer service. Ace Hardware was impeccable in their customer care. We would also encourage you to honor the great men and women that have served, and are serving, in our Armed Forces. There is no excuse, in our opinion, for a business to dishonor the military.

Do not recommend. ud83dude14 we experienced differing salesmen with varying prices and sales pitches. When we went to purchase, the story changed again. It was clear, after talking to a manager, that this is a top down problem. Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this business. Very disappointing. There are better options in Missoula.

Absolutely love Murdoch's!nThey are as well stocked as any of the other sporting good stores around here, with the addition of ranching wear and livestock supplies.nPlus the staff is so friendly and attentive to their customers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good service, great selection, and fair prices.

The guy at the counter was very rude. I was going in to see about a can am and wanted a outlander max xt-p was told they don't have it I said maybe I should order it from can am when they said I can't and that they will not was going to pay all in cash and buy a lot of extra stuff for it now I will never shop there anymore

Cheapest 5 gallon hydraulic oil in town.nnThey have everything. It’s good for one stop shop. The staff is always busy busy but immediately ready to help. CC is the man.
