The two guys who work are very cool and helpful. I brought my car their three times to get some issues with my radio fixed and they did a great job every time. They do good work at a good price and know they know their stuff.
The owner is fantastic. The younger guy who works beneath him is a heck of a character. Very big attitude and misdirected. Has no idea how to treat a customer who’s willing to spend a grand on new equipment. Also makes his own prices behind his bosses back. He broke a brand new speaker that was purchased that I paid him to install and made an excuse. Ended up learning how to install myself that day after I fixed his mistake. Never offered a refund for broken speaker. Complete waste of time. I’d rather YouTube than pay that clown.
I had a great experience here. They were willing to take me in earlier than they normally would take customers, to help me out before I came off of furlough to go back to work. Not many places are open on Saturday, due to COVID-19. Dave helped me. He was very friendly and polite. He got right to work and had me in and out in no time. While I waited I was looking in their showroom and they have a lot of stuff on display. I am sure they can get much more too!nnVery very happy with my experience here. They are a bit farther away from where I live, but I may reach out for some audio upgrades when the time is right. Way to leave a good impression on a first time customer
I would absolutely recommend AJ’s for any type of audio or electronic installation. They were super friendly, took me in last minute, and did an immaculate job, returning my car just as I left it with no mess or scrap in the car from the stereo installation. They have been in business a long time and I’m happy to support them as a small business. I will definitely be returning for more work in the future. Thanks guys!
I brought my Jeep to have a touch screen radio installed. I brought my car in at 10am and got it back by 12pm. I was so pleased with the service and love the way the radio looks. Looks very clean! Cost me $106. Thank you so much for the help!
