I went to this store for an upgrade from an lgstylo5 and got ripped off by the manager Derrick he sold me and iPhone 7 for $265. I don't know much about phones so I didn't realize it was a downgrade. About 3 days later realizing that this phone was not better I returned to the store to speak to him and explain that this not an upgrade. He than claims he told me it was a downgrade. Come on now let's think about this I go to your store for an upgrade and give you practically $300 for a downgrade ??? So I tell him all I want is to be treated fairly please refund my money or exchange it for a better phone. He tells no and all sales are final. So I asked to his district manager he than calls the cops to have escorted off the premises. People listen to this I spoke to another metro store and was told he could've offered me the lgstylo6 for the same price or even the iPhone 11 with a payment plan for the remaining balance. He gives metro pcs a bad reputation with his shady dealings he had the opportunity to make it right but preferred to profit

The employees at this store provide excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Derrick on 3 separate occasions. This entailed keeping the same phone number from the old phones and porting then over to Metro. Each time Derrick called Tracfone(even though he isn't required to this but went out of his way) and was able to complete the transfers of each number successfully. Now I only pay $30/mo. period(Unlimited talk and text, 2GB data). I know 2GB doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm on WiFi 90% of the time. No hidden fees of charges. For $40 you can get 10GB/mo and the more lines you have on the account the more savings you get. Also, being that they merged with Sprint and are upgrading to 5G, I would highly recommend at least checking it out. They have really great deals on phones especially if you switch from another carrier.

Went to the metro store on School st. in bristol customer service was great, great prices. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

This store has great staff. The service that they provide is amazing. The store has good phones. Good prices, and very good service. Ask for Mari, Kathy, or Derrick!
