Afternoon Crew is absolutely Horrible, getting worse daily & they do my same order every day. Finding an alternative store in the afternoon. Morning crew is consistently right & I'm there every morning & every afternoon. But for some reason almost every cup has a mouth full of grounds at the end. So nasty, not worth the money we pay.
If I had a million dollars for every time I came here and got my order made right I would be dead broke because your cashiers don't know how to do anything at all right. Maybe if you fire everyone and hire people with high iqs that aren't just 16 year olds who play on their phone all day this can change
Very slow. Lobby is closed at all times
Enjoy my teas and lattes. This one got my order correct through the drive through. No issues!
Sometimes they put sugar in your drink after you ask them not to.
