What a nightmare! This company has been a company failure! We run a small company in Connecticut and have limited man power. As a result we need to schedule all large delivery. Almost two years now and they still don’t call before delivery! Completely rude drivers and poor service. What ever you do...don’t use this group!
Careful on the roads with these guys around. Estes drivers will drive in the breakdown lane in heavy traffic and also take roads closed to trucks.
I wish I remember the ladies name of who I spoke with but she was very nice and very helpful. The following day we took delivery. The driver called and put our heavy delivery right where we needed it.
They're used by Smartbox to ship. I had no choice in that. No part of the move was on time, including the pickup.
I would like to give them absolutely no stars. We had two delivery guys, one of them was quiet but that other one is such a rude person, there is certain way of disagreeing things but this ignorant person just walked away without clearly explaining, and disrespected my parents. Isn’t its one of the duty of the employees to explain their protocols to their (unaware) customers instead of ignoring them and walking away??? He made us feel like he is doing some kind of favor for us by delivering these items!! #terrible-communicator. Home Depot should not have them delivered their items to their customers!!
