Only few people shopping, basically in and out. Bu it was great experience. Sales person helped right away and also answered many questions about my phone that I purchased way before from a different retailer. If you look for appliances they have ok selection. I especially love their open box. You can buy a brand new washer for half the price or even less just because it was open box or has a tiny scratch where you can't even see it. I really like Best Buy!

After having an awful experience with a return gone wrong, Joe C. from the mobile department did everything in his power to assist me with a resolution. EVERYTHING ranging from being on hold for an hour, representatives hanging up on us, being rerouted from department to department, being told the system was down and that we would have to call later-- I mean, we've heard it all. Yet, Joe remained patient and persistent. He would not stop trying until I felt comfortable with the resolution. Joe stuck up for me in a way that no employee has managed to do throughout this entire process. Joe is the prime example of what every store should teach their representatives to be. His sympathy and unwavering assistance allowed me to leave the store feeling extremely supported. I walked out completely satisfied with the solution given. I am so grateful we crossed paths. I wish there was more I can do to show my appreciation, but I just had to let everyone know how amazing Joe is to work with. If anyone needs something taken care of with the mobile department, do not hesitate to ask for Joe!
