I took advantage of a deal that was 50% off the rent. I thought this was amazing, which is why I switched from Public Storage to here. Because Public Storage kept raising my rates each year. I explained that to the staff member at the time of my move in. I asked how long this 50% off was locked in for. She said it was at least a year. I moved in April 2020, As of October 2020 they already raised my rate. When I called to question, the manager said there was nothing she could do for me, and explained she's getting double for those units. As if it was my fault that I took advantage of their deal. So she refused to do anything for me, regardless of what her staff told me. I wrote to corporate, and received absolutely NO response after almost a month. Be weary, and ask questions of any advertised deals. They know that once they get you in there, you are unlikely to move your belongings.
The lady was very helpful. I came with my friend from chicago and she helped us complete the paperwork just when they were about to close.
After hours access, clear paths easy for large truck to maneuver.
I'm very happy with my storage unit at 29 Old Windsor Rd. Bloomfield Ct. The folks that run this facility, are very friendly and professional. I pay my fees at another location, for convenience, and have been taken great care of by Darya. She's friendly, knowledgeable and professional all in one. Kudos to you guys for hiring people that work right!!!
Great customer service. The manager was very accommodating. He was kind and understanding and professional. The staff became like family the minute I walked in the door.
