I had a problem with my iPad SIM card and instead of fixing the issue they tried to sell me a new card. The supposed manager elroy was rude and disrespectful. He does not seem qualified to work as a manager. He thought trying to humiliate me was going to make him seem like he has some sort of control. If he kicked me out he wouldn’t have to have to fix the issue. Dont go to this store
Manager is immature and rude, doesn't belong there or anywhere where customer service is involved.
Roberto was my salesman and helped me pick out an iPhone for my son. He was knowledge and very patient when explaining all my options. Awesome job Sprint.
Really clean establishment an excellent customer service.
All though I had a bad experience at the Westfarms Mall location, I went to the store in Bloomfield and the team took the time and made sure my experience was memorable and up to standards. they helped me to order a new device from the insurance company and help me set it up when it was delivered the next day. Thanks Jerry and company.
