The food and coffee were made correct, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to service 3 vehicles. The wait time, at this location specifically, is long every single time I come here. Friendly and polite staff, but seeing coworkers dancing in the drive through window just makes it look like they're messing around instead of preparing orders in a timely manner.
All staff need Customer Service Training ASAP. Owner please lock up staff cell phones, if their family has an emergency they can call the store. Very rude and unpleasant place to visit. People please go to another Dunkin, this place will be a waste of money and your time. You’ll walk in happy, but you will leave VERY upset.
Constant mess up with the orders. I asked for veggie egg whites with toasted plain bagel but I get a croissant bagel that toasted and tough with the veggie egg whites. The first order gave me regular egg with a perfectly fine toasted plain bagel. ud83dude11
