The second time in recent weeks I was told they could only take cards for payment therefore I could not get food or beverage. Very disappointed
Face service, accurate with orders and clean, staff all wear a mask and very professional
The staff are unpleasant, and they do not seem to take pride in their job as they ask “is that it” after each item you order. This is definitely a Dunkin’ that will F up your order routinely.
The service is according to the mood of the workers. So good luck if you want to be treated good.
If I could give less than one star I would. The staff unpleasant and rude, and they also messed up the coffee I ordered, which happens but they were rude when I asked to have it remade. Even after remaking it, it was wrong and they forgot a food item. Overall the staff were so clearly miserable that we didn’t bother going around for a third time; I wouldn’t recommend.
