Unfortunately I had to rate it with one star but if I could I would rate this location zero stars. Due to the extremely rude and disrespectful management. I called about an inquiring a job I recently applied for, the assistant manager, Romario Lopez picked up and refused to put me on the phone with the hiring manager he was huffing and puffing the entire time I was speaking to him which is extremely unprofessional. When I finally got hold of the”manager”, “Mike Nelson” he picked up the phone and spoke to me with a harsh and disrespectful tone. This job opportunity was posted through the Sprint website, and it’s a real shame that anyone who calls about inquiring a job in this location will be treated with such huge disrespect.

Went in there and the atmosphere is so peaceful and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. Went for an upgrade and Leslie was willing to work with me and I really appreciate that! Definitely recommend this sprint store for any help you are seeking for especially with getting a new phone ud83dude0a

Sprint's deceptive practices are a shame to the wireless industry. I took an offer that included the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for half price and 4 lines for a hundred dollars ; they said one of my numbers couldn't be ported right away that it was going to take a week, when the week passed they added the number as an extra line, now I'm paying more than twice what I first agreed to.

Like how sprint allows you to receive calls on your cell, even if you cant pay your monthly fee. Until you find the money. But they need better cell phones.
