WOW!!! I just spent 2 hours with the most awesome and professional T-Mobile rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her name is Wilmary and she works at the Flatbush Plaza T-Mobile store in Hartford, CT. She understood absolutely every question and concern my family and I had (there were 3 of us) and was quick to either answer it or find the answer. A very patient individual which I loved! She’s very friendly, great personality! We all purchased an iPhone 11 with the services and monthly payment we wanted. No issues, misunderstandings or anything. So happy! Thank you Wilmary for making our time there worthwhile and pleasant.

The Assistant Manager Dyshawn was fantastic in helping me set up my new phone. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and was great in showing me how to maximize my usage.
