STAY AWAY from this company! I rented a cello early 2019. We returned the cello in Aug 2019 and are still getting billed for it! I’ve called and left messages since no one picks up the phone in the Milford office where I rented and returned the instrument. No call back and monthly payments for the cello are still getting charged off my bank card. Had to file a complaint with my bank to stop payments. Terrible terrible business practice!

We rented a viola from Rayburn. The first viola wasn't put together right (something to do with the bridge). after switching to another viola we realized the bow doesn't quite fit with the viola.nwe rented from the music store in the center and it was a great experience but pricier. though Rayburn isn't cheap eithernthey will be replacing the viola once more, lets see how it goes this time...
