I recently called Shawn at Shawn's piano to have my piano removed from my home and have it recycled or donated. I called or emailed several other places prior, and none of them had gotten back to me. Shawn called me personally right away, and I could tell that he truly cared about pianos and the positive things that they can add to the lives they touch. Shawn quoted me a fair price, came to get my piano in a timely manner, and even let me know that he had found a home for my piano. I would highly recommend Shawn's piano. He fills a well needed service in the music world.

The detail and carefulness of his work are extraordinary, and his dedication to our Steinway extended from his shop all the way to our home in Idaho. You simply can't do any better.

We love our new Ritmüller medium grand piano! We had a great experience 'test driving' pianos with Shawn and his staff. Shawn is extremely knowledgable about piano design, construction, and restoration, so you know you are in good hands. He can answer any question big or small about pianos and makes sure you feel comfortable with your choice. The experience was very pleasant - low key, no pressure. The showroom is a pleasure to visit. Delivery and removal of our existing piano were both prompt, and expertly handled. Would definitely recommend Shawn’s Pianos and Ritmüller if you are in the market for a new piano!
