Great service here. Much rather come here than the corporate store in the mall. This is my second experience with Joe and he's been great! Definitely recommend!
I walked in because my Note 8 was slowing down. Joe Dulka was so helpful! He worked with me and showed me how to use everything with my new V60. I even came back to the store the next day and he helped me with my email and Facebook log in. I highly recommend coming to this store and asking for Joe! He was also training Stefon and he was also really helpful with explaining all my options. Thanks again Joe and Stefon!
Just updated to the Pixel 3 and Damien from the West Hartford store on Farmington ave was Super helpful and friendly. Got me a very awesome combo deal on a phone and tablet! I couldn't be happier with the customer service, everything was clean and easy!
Andre' is the best Verizon Cellular Sales professional I've dealt with when purchasing a new cell phone. He provided options in simple terms, pricing, and within reasonable time, set up my new phone, made sure I was comfortable with its features and functionality. He is a true professional, not pushy, and is very knowledgeable of the products he sells at Verizon. I highly recommend him.
