Absolutely horrible customer service!! We were quoted one price, and charged another. We were signed up for services we never discussed and the customer service to remedy this has been horrible. The sales associate had no idea about the products or the promotions. I have called several times and have spoken to multiple store manager’s. They keep saying they will call me back and/or to call the next day. They either are not working, fail to follow up or hang up on me when I’m on hold. I’ve been told several times the district manager would contact me and still hasn’t. I am just trying to cancel service and return all the products purchased. Some have not even shipped and the rest have never been taken out of the package. They still insist on a restocking fee of $80 per device. I would recommend never setting foot in this store or work with T-mobile. (We also tried calling customer service)

Worst service ever. My husband went there to purchase a sim card, the person attending (two young ladies) asked my husband to install the chip on his phone because they couldnt do it because of their fake nails. Then, the sim card was never activated.we also purchased a phone, we were told they did not have it in store but will send it home in 2 days....2 days later no phone. I called, the lady never placed they order. We wasted time calling and fixing these problems, we called the store and were told that we could come to pick up the phone when we live 30 min away. This location is terrible. I'm going back and taking pictures of these people. Will post soon.

Always an great experience with excellent customer service in this store. They will go out of their way to make sure you leave that store happy! John was a huge help and made sure I was super happy and all set up with my purchase! Thanks again :)

I am beyond upset. I went to the store today arriving shortly after 12. There was a sign on the door stating you cannot enter without a mask. I and my boyfriend were both wearing masks, the 2 female employees in the store were NOT they also stated that they could not touch my new phone because I didn't purchase it from them, but on line.. for safety reasons!

I'd be delighted to return again! Vanessa & Kianna both helped me address our (me & my kid's) concerns, they went a step ahead to give me details, I am detail oriented person, they did a great job of not only addressing, but also making my kids welcomed in the store, needless to say kids were all over the devices, and they both had a genuine smile on their faces towards kids. Most importantly they found out the answers I was looking for, and then addresses follow up questions, gave me the store card so I could call the store should I have more concerns. It's NOT what they did, it's HOW they did, and they indeed did great! #AwesomeExperience! Thank you Kianna & Venessa!
