Recently used RT Relocation for our local move. Was a very good experience right from the start. Very friendly and informative on the phone and through the phone estimate. Timely got me the estimate in writing. The 4 men who came to move my things were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I needed a large safe moved and they did it well and safely. The final bill was exactly what was quoted. Would highly recommend them in the future. Their services were well worth the price. Thank you RT for making my move so much easier.
Ed and Miur teams were great and their teams were wonderful for both my moves. Their teams assembled table for me, moved all of each of the heavy ; Made sure I had enough packing paper for glass and fragile items as well. Everything securely packed for my move. I felt they really cared and were interested in the things I needed to move, which is what you want. I needed an extra box, they had it, needed packing paper and plastic they had it. When I had to move things into storage the team stayed with until everything was in and locked (I believe Ed even locked it for me) and when I had to move everything into the home they were careful and didn't damage anything. Plus they were willing to move a treadmill up a flight of stairs, how many companies are willing to do that? Don't know (I think at some point may start to see fewer), but I am very happy with RT Relocation, would use them again. RT Location's guys listen very well and want to put the things where you want
We worked with two movers because two homes combined to one. This moving company was professional. They wrapped doors and floors with protection. Were cautious about the move. The other company damaged so much and marked walls like you couldn't believe. This company was amazing compared.
From the initial phone call with Angela, through to the final delivery of our furniture the experience was exceptional. Our move was furniture only, moving locally, the three gentlemen that were sent for our move were just that complete gentlemen. Care was taken with wrapping/padding each piece of furniture, the loading and unloading of the truck, then finally the unwrapping/unpadding and placing of the furniture in our new home. Would recommend RT for anyone's moving needs. Should the need arise for movers again RT will be who we call.
We’re using RT for a multi-part move. The first move was the office from the third floor of my home to our new location in East Rock - it went phenomenally well. I’ve moved 12 times in my life, and this was the best experience I’ve had. The team was absolutely fantastic, professional, fast, and safe. They covered the floors and bannisters to prevent any possible dents or scratches, and the move went off without a hitch. Part two of the move begins tomorrow, which is moving the rest of the home into storage for an eventual move-in when the next house is ready. I can say with absolute certainty that the team at RT has my full confidence and trust. While I hope to never have to need to move again, I can provide my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation without reservation.
