As soon as they arrived they got to work. They made me feel very comfortable in the way they packed my things. When they got my bedroom to the new place they set it just like I wanted! Moving? Need to put your items in storage or a new home? Look no further. Flynn's / CT Moving & Storage is your best option. You won't have to worry about a thing. They were amazingly easy to work with and upfront about pricing and confirming our quotes/moving times. We were SO IMPRESSED with Ron, Danny and Don on the morning of the move and sales manager Julio. They showed up early, were professional and worked incredibly fast (meaning they saved us money!). We are so thankful for them and the sales team for being straight forward throughout the entire process about pricing / what's included / etc. Also, the storage pricing, and pricing in general, are the most competitive. You can tell they care about their customers AND their employees. An outstanding company all around. So happy we booked with them. We are thrilled and will tell our friends and family to only use them.
Flynn's Motor Express and Aaron were awesome! I requested the service from Home Advisor around dinner time and Aaron called me almost immediately. He was extremely accommodating and we were able to get the move scheduled ASAP . Aaron sent Eric and Dean over and they were outstanding! Eric (17 years’ experience) and Dean were absolutely terrific. They assessed the situation, prepared the move and were able to make the move calmly, quickly, safely and with great care. They made a potentially difficult move seem easy (although I know it wasn't). Aaron's communication was friendly, professional, timely and was easy to work with. The whole experience was done right. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for taking care of a stressful situation for me with tremendous experience and care.
Read every detail of the quote. The “travel time” is not the time it takes to transport your stuffs from one location to the other but the time it take them to get from their office to your place and from your place to the office when move is done. Also because it is pay by hour they are really slow to ensure more hours are charged. I don’t recommend it. At the end I paid more with them, it is better to look for a quote for the full service not by hour.
Ron J, Nick & Doug we’re amazing! Nothing bad to say - HIGHLY recommend using their services. Would refer them to anyone and everyone, esp if you’re in a pickle and need someone quick at a reasonable price. Handled all our furniture & items with care and even tried to help fix the foot of my grandmother’s hutch for me (prev broken). Worth every penny!
