Love both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon, and this location doesn't disappoint- if you are lucky to get something. The 3 times I have gone staff always say we just had a rush, it is a mall location when isnt it busy? Obviously this store is getting business so being able to place your order ahead of time, with the app or having a phone number that actually rings to the store, not the store owner would be appreciated. It has been hit or miss with store staff if they will make what you want, if you are willing to wait, but be prepared to be dismissed.
Took over 5 min at the register just to get two pre-made pretzels salted. Asked for drink to be blended and didn't get it. Cashier used same gloves to salt our pretzels, make my drink, touch the register/iPad, and wiped them on her pants. Very strange, gross, plus bad service. They were not busy nor understaffed either.
Terrible pretzels and the cheese sauce tastes like plastic. Stick with the Pretzel Place!
Pretzels and cheese were not good at all! Go to pretzel place instead, you won't be disappointed.
Did not have any full size cinnabons, pretzels were stale small and had no salt. 10 mins after open staff were unaware of what was going on around them. Sad I love auntie annes and cinnabon. Clearly leadership cares less than they used to
