I typically don't write bad reviews, but this Dunkin just dissapoints way too much. Yesterday I ordered a mint tea with a side of honey during my lunch break. I get to work, only to see that it says hibiscus tea on the label. I was disappointed, but whatever, it's tea. I go to take a sip- they literally gave me a cup of hot water...they forgot the tea bag. I mean, seriously. You mess up the order and then you really mess up by forgetting the entire purpose of the purchase. Ive had to many mistakes happen to my orders from this particular Dunkin- I will not be coming again.

Just note the drive thru and parking here was designed well. If there is a long line it is hard to get out of a parking spot as it is too narrow of a parking area in relation to the drive thru when there are long lines (which is common here).

Amazing staff. Walked in at a busy time but everyone was smiling and happy. They all worked well together while being attentive to the customers.

Usually I’m not one to complain, but I think it’s necessary. I was just at Dunkin Donuts on 262 Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike when I came inside and ordered a small hazelnut ice coffee, a small mocha cappuccino, and a medium unsweetened ice tea... it came out to 12.99 and I had three dollars (my friend gave me money for her order) I handed her the 3 dollars and was going to pay the difference with my card. Here’s the thing I use to work in fast food when I was in highschool and what I remember is when a costumer gives you money, you usually take it off from the total and then the person can swipe their card. However, when I did this the Female at the front desk named, Asia, began to fight/ argue with me saying I have to swipe first. I haven’t worked in fast food in so long so I don’t know if things have changed so I asked to talked to the manager. When the manager comes over she interrupts me and explains her side. Eventually this girl is still arguing with me and I got fed up with it and stoped answering her and she continued arguing with herself. I’m sharing this so I can say how I received terrible service and was disappointed for the first time and I usually come to this one but if this is the standards Dunkin’ is holding their employees is very disappointing.
