Well, I debated whether or not to give feedback at all. It is fairly useful, and tends to backfire, unless it is an accolade.nSo, anyhow, here goes : first I was told I was speaking with someone named Erin, then I was told , that,no, the agents names was Eric, then, I was told, no, anArron.nSo, then when the agent came across the screen remotely, it came over as some other name - again - as some other name entirely. All very trustworthy, huh?nSo then, I asked them to fix certain issues with my computer. They claimed that they did; but when I logged on later, the issues were not fixed at all!nSo, then I reported this to said company, and they claimed to be on some sort of meeting. They presumed to call me back at a certain time !; the audacity! And they never did call back.nEventually the issues were fixed, supposedly.nKudos, huh?!
I have been going to PC Development for as long as I have lived in Windsor, over twenty years and they have.never let me down. I have purchased all of my laptops there and had them devices. They feel like old friends because I trust them completely, they are very knowledgeable, and their service and products are priced right. I needed my computer back ASAP as I had to run a Zoom meeting on Wednesday evening. I dropped off on Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday morning, working great and much faster than it had been. Cost was reasonable and I would recommend them 100%.
