I love going to elements massage for the quality sessions that I receive there. Dominic and Mercedes and Alana are my favorite therapists! I'll be back!
The receptionist was very helpful and responsive, which made the check-in process smooth for a new customer. Mercedes was my masseuse and she paid attention to my trigger points and relieved my pain. She was also adaptive and customized to my needs—when I pointed out which areas I needed more pressure, she adapted to it. I had to wear a mask during the massage ( it’s uncomfortable when faced down) but it’s a new routine we needed to adapt to and also showed that the business took good precautions. I hope my masseuse could be more communicative—checked in with me regarding the pressure etc. I have been to so many different Spas and Element Massge is definitely a nice place to give yourself a treat!
The whole staff is wonderful! Ingrid is the sweetest and kindest office manager! She makes everything easy and helps me find the masseuse for my specific needs.
With all the restrictions currently in place it's great to see a business that is able to keep up with those demands as well as still be able to offer great service to their patrons.
I always enjoy the experience and how my body feels after the massage. The massage therapist manages the massage to my body and I leave with a better understanding of my body. I highly recommend the experience to all and feel it is extremely worthwhile.
