We were short on space as our closing date was getting closer. At 10PM I requested a storage unit and did everything online. My husband and were able to access our storage unit the next morning!!!! The process could not have been easier!!
Super easy, convenient and the customer service experience was really great at the Simsbury location.
Easy registration and checkin. All contactless and safe.
Paperwork was fairly quick and easy, service manager was friendly and helpful. Rates have gone up about 10% since new ownership, and extra fees imposed. I may look for a new vendor next year due to price.
I've been a customer for a few years, and just rented a second cube. I've found the staff pleasant and professional. I've had no issues with my storage space, and the facility is kept clean and secure.
