Staff are incredibly rude, especially the older staff. They do not seem interested in the customer and are just wanting to grab the cash from you. West hartford has some great print stores option, that offer better quality products and cheaper prices!
Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable! I can't get the help they provide from an online photo printer. I just made a beautiful book and can't thank them enough for helping me with the layout.
Huge problem resolved. The new manager is learning what customer service means. A veteran staff member corrected all the problems I had with my $150 investment, with a smile and for free. Beautiful result! I wasn't called when it was ready but that might have been a little personal payback for my earlier review. What a relief to know they're still striving for excellent service to match their topnotch products!
Stopped by Avon MotoPhoto for the first time to get Canadian passport photos taken and I'm so glad I did. . The staff were friendly and attentive, and got me in and out in no time at. The pictures came out great and the price was fair. I will be coming here for all of my photo needs from now on.
