It's Best Buy, one of the few places left to experience home electronics with out having to order online. I have never had any problems returning any items that I purchased for them and their store staff is knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. Their prices are competitive and I'm sure you could find cheaper options online but if you want a first hand look at something before purchasing, this is a good place to look.
Easy to access the parking lot, the store was well staffed and the manager connected me with a sales person quickly who was able to look up parts and models on the spot. Everything I was looking for was available, and the spacing and attention to social distancing was present, but not overwhelming. An excellent sales and shipping experience!
Very easy to make a pick up. COVID safe. As of the time of this review, they have several parking spots for curbside pick up and clear signs if you choose that option. Also very easy to walk in and pick up in store. Not at all busy on a rainy Wednesday afternoon.
Great selection and very clean store. Way better than the one near me in Meriden. Theyre also the only store that seems to have the things i need in stock when no other location does, too bad its 45 minutes away.
