Dunkin Donuts, or simply Dunkin' as its known now should not require a review. You know the drill; decent coffee, passable donuts, teenagers working the counter. Very busy in the AM, especially since it's right on RT 10. Traffic in and out can be a challenge, but most times its ok.

I used to work at dunkin, not this one thankfully. They do just about everything wrong here. If there was an option for zero stars I would gladly put that. The employees ALWAYS seem so annoyed and bothered by anyone’s presence. They rush through the order and just about get everything wrong about it. The food is always either burnt or over cooked, I never get the donut I asked and payed for. You’d have 100 times better luck going to another dunkin or either the Cumberland Farms right across the street. Coming from someone who worked at dunkin for over two years it’s very easy to see that there is very little to no effort given. 0/5 review for me.

Entering and lines are a little COVID confusing but food was good and order was spot on. Visited from the rail trail and bike parking was nonexistent so we parked on the sidewalk so we weren't blocking a parking spot.

This is the closest location to me and unfortunately the worst service and quality of food I have ever experienced from a Dunkin’. There have been NUMEROUS times I have ordered there and the employees are bothered by your presence and they cut you off and ask if you’re done yet. Every order, and that is NOT an exaggeration, has either been missing items, burnt, soggy, or just given a completely different order all together. I have called before and asked for a manager but apparently there is never a manager there when I call. I have tried calling many times in the past but I have given up. I made the mistake of trying to order there again hoping they have improved over the few months I have stayed away but I was welcomed with the same poor attitude as always and yet again they have failed to make the order correctly. I recommend you try another location or get your breakfast and coffee elsewhere. Extremely disappointing when this is on such a major route for our location. Step it up at this location or let another company take over please!

They are usually friendly enough but they have gotten our order wrong multiple times. Last time we stopped for donuts and they were out of almost all of their donuts at like 11:30 on a Sunday morning. The coffee and donuts are your standard Dunkin quality but they could use some better management
