Brookside You Guys Rock!! Today was my first time ordering and I am totally satisfied..My coworker got her food and it looked real good. I ordered a honey wheat bagel, cream cheese, turkey sausage and home fries. The bagel was nice, and soft not chewy at all, and generous amount of cream cheese. GO CHECK THEM OUT I AM HIGHLY SATISFIED!!!

5 years ago I would give them 5 stars, but over the years their bagels have really fallen. I used to go every weekend for bagels, but they're bagels have started to taste more like undercooked dough. The sandwiches look like they're put together by cement workers who aren't being payed (extremely messy and soggy). I found it funny that someone gave them a 1 star for saying they didn't want cheese, but got cheese. I ask for cheese, I get no cheese...

Workers are always friendly, the food is made to order and it's extremely fresh and flavourful! An added plus is their safe way of doing carside service! Definitely my favourite deli in the area!

There are other bagel/breakfast sandwich shops around here that are about as good as Brookside, but none are so consistent. I’ve never been even a little let down by a sandwich I’ve ordered. The staff has also been killing it with curbside pickup/running orders to cars since the start of the pandemic. Order 15/20 min before you arrive to cut down your wait time, and be understanding of the wait if there is one. This place has been mobbed lately, and for good reason.

I've never been here before and the breakfast place we were going to go to had about a 1h wait for food, so we decided to adventure and find something new. I'm really glad we did! They have online ordering and a significant curbside pickup operation going on right now. Our service person, Sarah, was super nice and accommodating (we didn't know about the online ordering due to the spontaneity). Our food was ready quickly, packaged well, generous amounts of cream cheese. There were no leftovers. I had a Honey Wheat bagel with vanilla creme cream cheese and it was decadent.
