First I want to say that cube smart is a wonderful place to do business.I must admit the reason why I say this in part if not all the reason is because of their manager Anthony. I've been there about five or six months.for the last probably 30 days I've been running into a lot of problems partly because of the covid-19 and being out of work. I always been on time with my payments but now I don't even have money to live on not to mention eat etc. after Anthony heard this instead of being mad and in trying to do everything you can do to get the money he offered to give me money so I could eat I'll say it again he offered to give me money so I could eat. That was so kind and generous of him.I would not accept it but I got to tell you I'll never forget it I think him from the bottom of my heart and if anybody reads this and wants to know if they should ever do business with CubeSmart definitely look up Anthony in the chromo location and know that he does a wonderful job and he really cares about people.

I rented a cube with cubesmart in cromwell and met anthony the gm and he was very to easy to deal with and was very friendly. He explained everything and made things very easy. I recommend cubesmart for anyone looking to store there items. Thank you.

I just finished renting a cube from this place since my college suspended our spring semester earlier this year. When I went in to sign up, my preexisting situation was immediate and very stressful, but the store manager Anthony Ferraro has helped me a lot. He was very patient and considerate when I signed up for a cube, when I needed it, and has been supportive even under our current unique global circumstances.

I've used plenty of storage companies in the area, and CubeSmart is far and away the best. Their customer service is excellent— I was helped by Anthony, who was even willing to stay 30 minutes past closing time to finalize everything for me. Storage units are very easy to access, you can drive up to any one of them. Rates are reasonable. Highly recommend!!
