Long time Verizon customers. This is the only local Verizon we ever visit. Always quick friendly service. Have upgraded phones there and they’re always accommodating. Most recent visit was to have screen protectors put on two new phones and Johnny was able to help us quickly and effectively. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend this location.
This store on the Silas Deane Hwy in Rocky Hill is very clean. It has a lot of phones and accessories. Alison wss very helpful. She did a great job settling up everything on my phone and answered all my questions.
Alison and her team are awesome !! I own a small business in the area and they always help me out when I need a new phone or tablet for my employees. I'm a busy guy so I call ahead and Alison makes sure that whatever I need is ready to go for when I arrive. Can't thank you guys enough ! I'm glad we have knowledgeable and professional Verizon reps in the area .
