Very easy to work with to solve any issues you might run into - also helped shed some light on internet issues that I'd be experiencing. I find their outdoor camera's to be excellent - night vision awesome! The rep stuck right with me until my issue was resolved.
Top notch company! Monitoring station is LOCAL and not outsourced. Alarm call checks from the Monitoring station are nearly instant. Fair prices for thier overall service. After the storm this week, I had a communication issue with my system and worked with Joalexis De la Cruz in the service department and I can not say enough about how wonderful that experience was.
Recently had occasion to seek some help with customer service and spoke with Emma-Lee Baldwin. She was very professional and very helpful. Also spoke with Frank in the service department and he too was very helpful. A really good team!

The Alarm New England technician, Dan Taylor, made a service call to our house to re-arm our system after we had our windows replaced. The system needed to be brought to an electronic-based system from a hard-wired system for the dining room window. Dan is totally knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the control pad and relevant contacts. Also, he explained the change and answered all our questions as to the various settings and their parameters. Personally, Dan is friendly and clean-cut and is a credit to Alarm New England.
