From salesman to customer service they never return any calls. I have reached out to them 8-9 times and all they do is switch you from one person to another each time on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes. I canceled the service and went with another company

The technician was great. Very informative about all the products, and was able to answer all my questions. I wish there was a way I could have gotten what my wife and I wanted installed. The price were just too much at one time or even over 4 payments. If they could break it up over the whole three years that would have been better. Other then that we do feel a little safer with what we could afford.

I think the job number was #7823738. Brandon Kitchens was one of the installers. I am sorry ,but I did not get the other installers name. Came on time for appointment. They both did a good job explaining everything . Worked quickly and left no mess whatsoever. Good attitudes, personable. My only complaint has nothing to do with them ,but your system. I had no intention of adding much additional equipment, but the guys kind of tempted me a little by offering a second $100 gift card. After everything was installed,they said they were unable to get the second card approved,but I could check with Customer Service the next day. However, everyone ay ADT conveniently can't authorize it and I must have been shuttled around to at least 5 of your staff who all professed ignorance or not my job.It seems that is impossible to ever get back to anyone a second time.They just disappear!!! I still think I am entitled to that second $100 card. Probably never see it though. I repeat------ the installers were great. NO rap on them at all.

Jacob was great!!! I had an emergency and had to leave early. Jacob treated my wife as if she were his mother! He took care of her and the ADT requirements and when I returned he had finished. This young man deserves credit for a very good job!

Matthew was on time and professional. He worked quietly, but also answered my questions completely. He was friendly and very informative about the safety of those who would be in the home. He's a great salesman, making me feel like I needed all he offered. ðŸ˜€
