Don’t come here at night! The night lady is very rude, arrogant and always in bad mood. I used come here every night to get my ice coffee until this lady took over the night shift. She always has an excuse like “oh we don’t serve ice coffees at night and don’t make any food”. If it was every other night it’s understandable but no guys, she will say it every single day! The best time to come to this Dunkin’ is in a afternoon. They are nice and always get my order right. The morning staff are too busy talking and mess up everything. The night lady needs to go! This directly to the night lady. If you hate your job go work at Amazon they are perfect for you with your attitude!

Sandwiches were pretty good. Munchkins were hard. They forgot part of the order. Mobile pickup staff not friendly.

Typical Dunkin to me. Some of the staff is great and some of them seem like they have better things to do than the job they are being paid for. The reason i’m writing this review is because my boyfriend ordered an ice coffee with french vanilla pumps. For a medium it is three pumps and it tasted like maybe one was put in. I’ve worked for Dunkin in the past and I know lazy works do this a lot. If it had the full three pumps it is supposed to get then I’m sure it would have tasted fine. My coffee on the other hand was full of coffee grounds. If I hadn’t taken the lid off I wouldn’t have noticed it and gotten a huge mouth full of them. A few isn’t an issue but this is a lot of coffee grounds. We would have went back but we didn’t really want to bother anyone with small things such as this. Just wanted to let people know that maybe they need to ask for extra pumps and check the cup for coffee grounds before drinking.

One of the best. Two dissappointments today thon#1 lobby closed at 6:24 pm.. I didnt drive here. The drive thru is open.n#2 still havent gotten to try the soft serve.. Theres a big ice cream ad here..but they didnt have each time i tried to get it.nStill one of the best here.

The over night staff is very nasty and rude no manners and a lier I was told they have no coffee no food nothing at all 24hr location even tho I could see it trew the window the old woman needs a to find a new job and stop being such a bad employee. This is not just a one time inciden its pretty much every night I go to this location.
