Employee seemed uninterested over mic and didn't seem to care. Asked for small hot chocolate with creams, a coffee, and some sandwiches. Sandwiches were put together sloppily with warm at best toppings. Also got no creams in the hot chocolate, coffee tasted like it was run through tap water. Won't be coming back to this dunkin
After providing me an egg and cheese with NO EGG, I had to return. I was then given a bacon egg and cheese- I’m vegetarian. What is going on here???When I actually got upset, the manager with the red hair, Sharon I think, had a MAJOR ATTITUDE with me. Rolling her eyes and talking down to me. I’m so upset. A quick break turned into ruin my day moment. BE NICE, say sorry- don’t treat customers like Sh@@.
This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts.. ALWAYS FRESH COFFEE AND DONUTS.. THE STAFF GOES OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY !!!
Love thier iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
They have a good staff and they always make my things right unlike some of the others in the area so I will go out of my way to go to this location.
