Busy day
Worst service ever. Went into the store for an iced tea and a bagel. It took almost 15 minutes to get a buttered bagel. First I was brought the wrong order. The young lady said give me a minute. 15 minutes later I got may bagel. When I got into the car THERE WAS NOT A TRACE OF BUTTER ON IT! Never again.
Best Dunkin around!!! Food and drink orders are always right and staff is amazing. Shout out to Natalie and Anewy. Best service around!!! Thanks
Just experienced poor customer service from the DRIVE-THRU window, my order was made incorrectly twice and they insisted I hand it back to them through the window despite any COVID concerns (even after telling them I had already touched the food). Needless to say, not only is this is a health code violation, but it was shocking that for a few dollars they were willing to gamble with a public health risk during this pandemic, so I'll never return again and will also forewarn my family/friends.
I went there this morning. Very disappointed I ordered a ham ,egg, and cheese on a croissant got home the croissant was so burnt that everything was sliding out of it...
