TWO INCORRECT ORDERS TODAY AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES! Honestly not one to write reviews but today’s experience was very frustrating. I placed an order for 3 egg and cheese croissants and 2 egg croissants. First of all, they took a half hour to give me my order which made me think it would of course be correct, so I didn’t bother to check. When I got home, all the croissants had sausage patties. Since my family is a vegetarian, I went back to get my order correct. When I went back, I let the lady who took my order know that she got my order incorrect- instead of apologizing, she said “I’m on break”. I verified my order three times with the two guys who were working there. Then the manager (she was the only one not in the dunkin black uniform) comes to ask my order, repeating it incorrectly, and when I again told them I wanted 3 egg and cheese, 2 just egg croissants, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I was feeling hungry and impatient to eat so I just checked the top two croissants. I saw an egg&cheese croissant and an egg croissant, so I thought they got the order correct this time. When I got home, I see there is only one egg&cheese and the other four are just egg. So they got the order incorrect again.

Dunkin donuts in Rocky hill very rude I had the audacity to order three sandwiches although the service was relatively fast lady kept on mumbling under her breath like I couldn't hear I don't think I'm that old.. did not appreciate.. I get that we all get stressed out but when your business is based on your product and customer service people can find something down the street without much inconvenience....

The drive thru person is not good taking orders

This location has the worst service. You have workers standing around constantly. At the window you get asked what you ordered multiple times so I’m not sure why they even ask you for your original order at the drive thru. After repeating the order they STILL give you the wrong item! My drink orders have NEVER been right from here when it it’s such a simple order to make. How hard it is to make a coffee correctly and to do your one job accurately. Given this place way too many chances. The staff should seriously be retrained or bring in new staff that can do a job accurately. It’s not rocket science. Go to another Dunkin Donuts if you are able to. I will not be going back.
