Very slow on deliveries.Takes 6-9 days for shipments from Florida.
We were shipping a small pallet and ordered a lift gate so it could be picked up safely, also needed one on the other end. No one showed by 5:00, we called and they sent over a driver. No lift gate. We got a couple of people and lifted it into the truck. We knew how important it was to the other company to get it. It shows up for delivery in a couple of days. No lift gate there. Driver marks the paperwork as such on both ends. We call and ask for the lift gate charges to be removed. They say, no can do. It was ordered so you will pay for it. True I did order it, but it was delivered so why should i have to pay for it. Very upset customer. Bad first time with them. Looks like I will be moving my freight back to my original company.
By far the worst company I have yet to deal with. They take on orders knowing that they CANNOT make the required delivery date. On premium rush orders they have not once, not twice, but no less the 5 times pushed the order to the following day, not even first thing the next day, but late that afternoon. For my orders and at least 6 other individuals I know personally. They dropped off a punctured drum of hazardous chemical at a customer site which cost me the business. Dropped off unauthorized chemical at another customer site which was meant for another customer. They have yet to have rectified that. Once they had one of my orders, they pushed it out, then said that I could pay an additional 500 for first thing delivery, but WOULDNT even gaurantee it. Fedex said they'd freight rescue the same order FROM them for
