Tyler was very friendly. Not pervasive or sleezy in his sales style. Honest and to the point. He asked us what we were looking for and matched us up with a perfect mattress for our daughter. We love mattress firm and will definitely purchase from them in the future because of employees like Tyler.

After a very disappointing experience at a competitor, we saw a mattress firm across the street and decided to try there. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in getting us into a mattress and adjustable base that fit our budget. he even helped us figure out the required pieces to make our existing bed frame and headboard work with our new setup.we are looking to purchase another bedding set in the next month and will be taking our business back to Tom.

We went into the store in hopes of finding a mattress that’s suitable for us and we did. I am plaque with back pain whenever I wake up from our current bed. As we walk in we were greeted with Ron at mattress firm store in Southington and he is wonderful and attention to details. He is full of knowledge and patient with us by providing us different options. Ron is great to work with and we are comfortable and confident with our purchase.
