Start to finish, a great job! Tony was patient and accommodating, never pushy. No hard sell; honest and knowledgeable. Tony made everything easy, not intimidating, and his guidance was spot on. He even pointed out what may not come out 100% perfectly without reconstructing the stairs (they are old and tend to squeak but have no access from underneath). He promised they would do their best to minimize the issue and they are almost silent now. Installers were efficient, polite and talented. The stairs and hallway look brand new. (I should have asked about replacing the banisters...) Beautifully done, professional service, fair price. What else can you ask for?
Tania Rivera was excellent. I loved her friendly personality, her patience and knowledge, her quick service when she came to our house the next day to measure, and her non-hard sales approach. Furthermore, the two installers were professional, quick and friendly, and they even vacuumed afterwards! We used Darlene Flooring when we first built our house 20 years ago and are so glad we used them again. Darlene Flooring is a name you can trust. Yes, I highly recommend.
Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were so professional and easy to work with. Tony was an excellent sales rep who treated us kindly, was upfront with prices, and no sales gimmicks. Installation and removal was on time and done quickly and professionally. Our floors look amazing!
Tony Minniti did 2 floors of our home, new red oak floors stained, and they’re perfect!! Reliable, caring, got the work done rapid fast. Super impressed!!! Tony is awesome!!!
Very friendly staff. Clean Store. Employees providing individual attention to the customer. Maintaining social distancing due to COVID-19. Hand sanitizer and gloves available for all customers at the enterence and other desks as well.nnNot a crowded place to visit. Huge varity of flooring and Easy to look and decide. You can take samples home too.nnTaniya (sales rep) was a great help making us a right decision. Excellent knowledge about all products. Very convencing and friendly.nnEncounter some customers who don't care about social distancing even at the enterence they have a clear message about social distancing which you can't miss it. This is the only thing we need to be careful no matter which shop you go.
